After gaining a PhD in Psychology, I started my career in government intelligence before moving into people leadership via a Big Four consultancy. I've built and led teams across 13 countries in Europe and North America - including growing UNiDAYS from 100 to 250 in six months. I was part of the founding team and Chief Operating Officer at HelloSelf, a Series B digital healthcare provider, and most recently Chief People Officer at an LSEG-backed firm building infrastructure for VCs, angels, startups and banks.

I've spent 20 years in the People and Talent space, with a Masters in Business Management and a reputation for solving problems creatively. After 12 years in-house scaling tech businesses, I founded Unleashed - a far-from-average consultancy that supported over 150 high-growth startups and scaleups across the UK and Europe, from 10 to 1,000 people, across a huge range of sectors. I'm also a Fellow at Foundervine, a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor to HRTech startups, and a School Governor focused on inclusion, diversity and wellbeing.

I started in consulting, building La Fosse from 10 to 200 people and launching their people & talent startup advisory function. I then co-founded Eka Ventures as an operating-focused GP, raising $100m to back pre-seed to Series A businesses. I followed that as Director of People & Operations at Napo, a post-Series A insurtech, running people, talent, business and customer operations while the business grew from 6,000 to 60,000 customers and the team from 10 to 100+.
Alongside this I've worked as Chief People Officer at Fyxer AI, helping scale the business from $1m to $30m in 12 months. I'm also an advisor to Abingdon Software Group and sit as Visiting Partner and Adviser at Antler, backing and supporting the next generation of founders.
