Where it is, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or equivalent approved safeguards, such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect it, including where applicable the UK-US Data Bridge or standard contractual clauses. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, or as required by law. We typically retain client records for up to 6 years and candidate records for up to 2 years.
